Between 2021 and 2025, I worked within the Microsoft Teams and M365 ecosystem on two 18-month assignments, where I helped envision third-party apps and Copilot AI scenarios for Microsoft partners.
I experienced the evolution of M365 Copilot firsthand, from its early stages through various iterations to its current version.
My day-to-day work:
- Collaborated closely with multiple PMs to identify relevant use cases aligned with each partner's needs.
- Designed compelling third-party Teams applications and Copilot agent scenarios that deliver value to partners by enhancing collaboration and integrating AI into their workflows.
- Used the Microsoft Fluent Design System Figma component libraries, while also exploring new patterns when necessary to improve the overall M365 partner experience.
I’ve helped build Teams apps across diverse industries for brands such as Figma, ESRI, Siemens, Amadeus, Starbucks, UiPath, Optimizely, Sage, Templafy, Trustpilot, Seismic, HubSpot, KPMG, LSEG, and many others.
I was also part of a special squad of Product Designers and Motion Designers that created Copilot scenarios showcased on screen during the Microsoft Build and Ignite 2024 keynote presentations.
