Over the past 3 years, I've been working with Microsoft Teams & M365 Copilot ecosystems to envision third-party apps and AI scenarios for partners. I've experienced the evolution of M365 Copilot for enterprises from its early stages through its iterations to the current M365 Copilot Chat.
My day-to-day work involves collaborating with PMs to identify use cases and create Copilot agents scenarios that align with partners' needs. This includes using the MS Fluent Design System, Figma component libraries, and exploring new patterns to enhance the M365 partner experience.
I have helped build apps for partners across diverse industries such as ESRI, Siemens, Amadeus, Starbucks, UI Path, Optimizely, Sage, Templafy, Trustpilot, Seismic, HubSpot, KPMG, LSEG and many others.
A key highlight was creating Copilot agents experiences for Microsoft Build and Ignite stage Keynotes videos.
