In 2018 I joined a Trint, a company of 30 people specialised in transcription, where I was responsible for UI designs as well as marketing materials. As the company grew, I transitioned into a more specialized product design role.

Initially, we focused on enhancing the core features of the existing web and mobile apps. As our team grew, it included a Head of Product, three UX/UI Designers, one UX Researcher, one Product Manager, and one Growth Hacker.
I created the first iteration of the Design System and explored ways to improve the user experience through micro-interactions and responsive behaviors.
In the second phase, we collectively identified broader pain points in user flows, such as the Pricing page, Subscription flow, Plan changes, Cancellations, Call recording, and more. These insights were largely informed by our Growth strategist and data analytics tools like Mixpanel. We tested improvements to both happy and unhappy paths with users through low and high-fidelity prototypes.
The final phase of my time at Trint was highly collaborative. I explored new features, such as a Story Builder, through user interviews, prototyping, and user testing, while continuously maintaining the Design System. I also conducted Design QA with developers to ensure the quality of feature implementations.
I worked on improvements of the interface, player mechanisms, UX/UI of long requested features such as Markers, Find and Replace, Version History, Translation...
A better file management system was also implemented
Mobile Call Recording was improved by identifing frictions in the flow informed by users feedback.
Regular ideation sessions involved quick sketching and prototyping
Ideation & Visual exploration of a Story Builder
Creation of a prototype to test our new Subscription Flow
Improvement of the Trint Player API with responsive behaviour
I documentated micro-interactions and Design System maintenance
A couple of heartwarming feedback...
